Produce CSA 2024 (May-September weekly boxes)
Order before March 11th, 2024
What is our CSA Produce Share:
CSA stands for Community Supported Agriculture and is a system by which customers enjoy weekly pickups of fresh produce throughout the growing season after paying a discounted member price before the season begins. Customers secure a weekly box of farm goodies for a number of weeks, also called a share, and save money, while the farmer is able to plan the growing and harvest better for freshness.
How our Produce Share CSA Works:
Our CSA shares include an assortment of vegetables picked up by the customers at our farm outside Lebanon, or other local pick-up locations, right after they are harvested. Pickups in 2024 on the farm are on Wednesdays or Saturdays, from noon to 6pm, and run for 21 weeks from mid May through the end of September. Alternatively, we will offer pick up at the Camdenton Farmers on Saturdays from 8am to noon and another location inside the Lebanon city limits that we will announce by April. We offer a whole share that provides a good amount of produce for 2 to 4 people, and a half share that is sized for 1 or 2 people, depending on their love of vegetables.
Our CSA offers Choice:
Our CSA model offers the freedom to choose what veggies you want to take home. This is available on the farm only! CSA members that pick up at other locations will have a premade box with an assortment. Our weekly harvests consist of up to twenty (20) different vegetables and thirtyfive (35) + varieties, according to what is in season. Half share members choose any 6 of these items, and whole share members choose any 12. Items will include pre-portioned bunches for veggies such as radishes, carrots, beets, kale and chard, and pre-portioned quantities between around 1 to 2 pounds for cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, beans and the likes. We'll be generous regardless and choosing multiples of the same item is fine. A typical weekly whole share weighs an average of anywhere between 15 and 20 pounds. We grow mostly heirloom varieties, with beyond organic practices, focused on nutrient density. Also part of your CSA membership is the opportunity to cut flowers and herbs from the farm throughout the season when coming to pick up the weekly share on the farm. We want our members to have a direct connection to the farm!
What we grow for the CSA shares:
Radishes, Carrots, Beets, Peas, Spinach, Lettuces, Cabbages, Kales, Broccoli, Micro-greens, Chard, Culinary Herbs (Parsley, Cilantro, Dill, Basil, Oregano and more), Green Onions, Garlic, Tomatoes, Cucumbers, Peppers, Zucchinis, Squashes, Onions, Beans and Flowers. We also partner with farmers that grow with the same people and earth respecting values as us and we may periodically have other produce available for the box such as asparagus, potatoes and melons.

Anna Maria has been beekeeping and teaching the craft for 10 years and is happy to share one of her passions with you. In this class we will cover what a beehive looks like inside and out, roles of the bees, setting up your apiary, choosing the right equipment, sourcing bees, and the expectations in first year maintenance.
Honey tasting included!
You will also be able to observe our apiary from a distance and an active frame with bees from an enclosed observation hive!
Looking forward to sharing knowledge with you!
