OUR SERVICES
1. Consultation
In-Person
How we work:
  • We invite you to complete a quick project brief so we can analyze and start thinking about solutions.
  • We meet on-site, walk your land, listen to your vision, and provide on-the-spot recommendations. 
What you get:
  • Verbal assessment + possible sketches on the spot.
  • Short follow-up report with summarized recommendations and resources.
Fee: $150/hour + travel ($0.50/mile – local drive).
2–4 hour minimum for properties over 1 acre.

Online
How we work:
  • You complete a project brief.
  • We connect via Zoom, review your space together using maps, and discuss opportunities.​
What you get:
  • Verbal assessment + possible sketches on the spot.
  • Short follow-up report with summarized recommendations and resources.
Fee: $75/hour.
2–4 hour minimum for properties over 1 acre. 
May be split into 2 sessions.

2. Coaching
How we work:
  • For our consultation or design clients who want ongoing guidance while preparing for or implementing projects.
  • Sessions may include verbal feedback, visual solutions, demonstrations, or interactive exercises.
What you get:
  • Verbal and visual assessments and solutions
  • Follow-up short report with recommendations and resources.
Fee:
  • In-Person: $100/hour + travel ($0.50/mile – local drive)
  • Online: $50/hour
3. Design & Implementation Plan
How we work:
  • This is a deep dive into your vision and context. We take you through our entire permaculture design framework.
  • Minimum 3–4 months, with weekly calls for design explorations and briefs, and at least 3 site visits.
  • We create a conceptual design and detailed written design report to guide implementation.
What you get:
  • 2D birds-eye master conceptual design of your transformed space (gardens, water systems, structures, etc.).
  • Written report:
    • Details on each design element
    • Phased implementation plan
    • Maintenance plan
    • Estimated costs
    • Optional business blueprint (for income-generating projects)
Fee:
  • Under 1 acre: $2,000–$5,000
  • 1–10 acres: $3,000–$12,000
  • 10+ acres: starting at $5,000
    Travel, meals, and accommodations covered by client.

4. Install Project & Garden Care Coaching
What we do:
  • Boots-on-the-ground implementation guidance.
  • We lead mini workshops for you (and optionally your community) and help install or maintain systems.
  • Examples: soil prep, bed building, orchards instal, herb gardens, compost, mushroom logs, rainwater systems, swales, bee hives, cob building.
Fee:
  • Half Day (≤4 people): $300
  • Half Day (5–15 people): $400–$700
  • Daylong (≤4 people): $500
  • Daylong (5–15 people): $800–$1,500
    Includes prep. Travel, meals, and accommodations covered by client.

HOW IT WORKS WITH US 
Working with us is simple and personalized. Here’s the flow most of our clients follow:
Step 1: Book a Discovery Call (Free)
A short call where we listen to your vision, answer questions, and explore which service is the best fit for your goals.
Step 2: Begin with a Consultation
We start every project with either an in-person or online consultation. This gives you clarity, immediate recommendations, and a sense of what’s possible.
Step 3: Choose Your Path Forward
From there, you can continue with:
  • Coaching – Ongoing support as you prepare or implement your project.
  • Design & Implementation Plan – A deep dive into your land, context, and vision, with a master plan to guide your next 1–5 years. We provide you with a detailed proposal for this pathway. 
  • Install Coaching – Hands-on guidance during your project installation.
We walk with you every step of the way — from first ideas, to big-picture design, to real-world implementation.
ABOUT THE DESIGNERS
Lead Designer - Lucian Toma
Lucian Toma is an ecological designer, educator, farmer and consultant with over a decade of experience leading permaculture programs and design for farms, nonprofits, and universities. He specializes in whole-systems design, regenerative farming, and guiding clients to bring their vision to life.

Design Connector - Anna Maria Desipris
Anna Maria Desipris is a decade-long regenerative farmer, beekeeper, and herbalist. She supports design projects with plant and pollinator systems expertise, while also leading workshops and gatherings that reconnect communities to the land.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How long does the design process take?
A full Design & Implementation Plan usually takes 3–4 months, depending on property size and complexity. This includes weekly check-ins, design explorations, and at least three site visits.
Do you travel outside Missouri?
Yes. We’ve worked with clients across the U.S. and internationally. Travel costs (mileage, flights, meals, lodging if needed) are covered by the client.
Can you help with implementation?
Yes. We provide project coaching and hands-on install guidance. For larger builds, we collaborate with licensed contractors or organize community workshop-style installs.
What if I just want advice, not a full design?
That’s exactly what our consultations are for. You’ll get on-the-spot recommendations plus a short follow-up report with resources.
How much do your services cost?
  • Consultations start at $75–$150/hour.
  • Design & Implementation Plans range from $2,000 to $12,000+ depending on property size and scope.
  • Install Coaching ranges from $300–$1,000 per day, depending on group size.
Do you work with schools, nonprofits, or faith-based organizations?
Yes. We regularly support community, nonprofit, and ministry projects. These services are priced similarly, though larger organizations may require expanded design and facilitation packages.
