WHAT YOU RECEIVE
Your final project package is customized to the property and scope. A Complete Regenerative Land Design commonly includes a master conceptual site design, written design rationale, system recommendations, implementation priorities and phases, estimated investment considerations, maintenance and management guidance, supporting maps or diagrams, and a final project presentation and review. For larger or more complex properties, additional detailed design sheets may be created for individual areas or systems. Projects involving engineered structures, major earthworks, architecture, permitting, or other regulated work may also require collaboration with appropriately licensed local professionals. |

YOUR INVESTMENT
Every complete design begins with a discovery conversation and receives a customized scope and proposal.
Projects may be completed through a combination of online meetings, remote analysis, collaborative design sessions, and on-site work depending on location and project needs. Timing of design and report completions ranges from 8 weeks to 8 months, depending on size and complexity.
Travel, lodging, and related project expenses are quoted separately when required.

Lucian Toma is an ecological designer, educator, farmer and consultant with over a decade of experience leading permaculture programs and design for gardens and homesteads, hobby and business farms, nonprofits, and universities. He specializes in whole-systems design, regenerative farming, and guiding clients to bring their vision to life. Design Connector - Anna Maria Desipris Anna Maria Desipris is a decade-long regenerative farmer, beekeeper, and herbalist. She supports design projects with plant and pollinator systems expertise, while also leading workshops and gatherings that reconnect communities to the land. |
