FREE PRACTICAL GUIDE
REGENERATIVE PROJECT CLARITY & DIRECTION
This free practical guide will help you clarify the Mission, Vision, and Goals of your regenerative land project so you can establish a clear sense of purpose, envision what the project is meant to become, and turn that direction into practical goals before moving deeper into assessment, design, and implementation.
START WITH CLARITY BEFORE YOU START DESIGNING

You may already have ideas for your land—gardens, orchards, animals, ponds, food forests, gathering spaces, farm enterprises, or places for rest and connection. But before deciding what to build or where to put it, there is a more important question: What is this project actually meant to become?

The Regenerative Project Clarity & Direction guidebook is a free practical starting point to creating the Mission, Vision, and Goals that give a regenerative land project purpose and direction before deeper assessment and design begin. The guide is designed for people planning their own property, supporting clients, or helping lead organizational and community land projects.

What You Will Learn

  1. Clarify Your Project's Mission - Define what the project does, why it exists, who benefits from it, and what values guide it. Learn how internal and external missions can help align the needs of the people stewarding a project with the wider community and ecology.
  2. Create a Vision for the Future - Step into the project five or ten years from now and describe what it has become—what is growing, who is there, how the place functions, and what everyday life within the project feels like.
  3. Turn Direction Into Practical Goals - Translate Mission and Vision into realistic, measurable goals using the SMART framework so that ideas begin becoming priorities, milestones, and actions.

Who This Guide Is For

This free practical guide was created as a starting point for:
  • Homeowners and landowners developing gardens, homesteads, farms, retreats, or other regenerative landscapes.
  • Permaculture students and designers who want a clearer process for helping themselves or their clients establish project direction before designing.
  • Educators, organizations, businesses, and community leaders helping guide school gardens, campuses, community spaces, nonprofits, farms, or other collaborative land-based projects.
You do not need to have the whole project figured out. In fact, this guide is designed for the stage before most of the major design decisions have been made.

When Your Project Needs More Than General Information

Books, courses, and free resources can help you understand the principles. Sometimes a particular property or project needs experienced, site-specific eyes. Sun and Bloom Regenerative Design works with homeowners, landowners, farmers, project leaders, businesses, schools, nonprofits, churches, organizations, and other land stewards through complete regenerative land design, focused consultations, design coaching and mentorship, and specialized soil assessment and fertility consulting. Our work begins with context rather than immediately prescribing solutions. We help identify what belongs on the land, what fits the people and resources available, how systems can work together, and what should happen first.
