TASTE & TEXTURE DESCRIPTIONS of the Micro Greens we Grow for You:
- MILD MIX BRASSICAS - This blend of mildly flavored brassicas contains mizuna, cabbage, kale, and kohlrabi. Mostly green with a touch of purple.
- RADISH MIX - A vibrant, mildly spicy blend of purple and green radish leaves with red, purple, and pink stems. Micro radish greens are lofty and add weight to a mix, resulting in a heavier product. A visually stunning, flavorful mix for ultimate plate appeal.
FUN FACTS:
- microgreens are vegetables, grains and herbs grown from seed, sown very densely, and harvested and consumed as immature plants, with developed cotyledons (first leaves) and partially expanded trues leaves, 7 to 21 days young

HEALTH BENEFITS:
- Immune Boosting – High in vitamin C to fight infections
- Skin & Joint Health – Supports collagen production & reduces inflammation
