After you complete this deposit payment, within 24 hours, you will receive an email from us with a link to a form with a few questions about your project. Once completed, within 24 hours, we'll follow up with an email to set-up the date and time of the consultation.
SERVICE DESCRIPTION:
In-Person Consultation
How we work:
- We invite you to complete a quick project brief so we can analyze and start thinking about solutions.
- We meet on-site, listen to your vision, explore your context, walk your land and provide on-the-spot recommendations.
What you get:
- Verbal assessment + possible sketches on the spot.
- Short follow-up report with summarized recommendations and resources.
Fee: $150/hour + travel ($0.50/mile – local drive).
2–4 hour minimum for properties over 1 acre.
Online
How we work:
- You complete a project brief.
- We connect via Zoom, listen to your vision, explore your context, review your space together using maps, and discuss opportunities.
What you get:
- Verbal assessment + possible sketches on the spot.
- Short follow-up report with summarized recommendations and resources.
Fee: $75/hour.
2–4 hour minimum for properties over 1 acre.
May be split into 2 sessions.
Balance for the consultation will be due, at the end of our consultation session via check, cash or credit card. The follow-up report will be ready between 48 and 72 hours and will be sent via email - if during the consult you opt in for a coaching or design package, we will send the proposal for you to check and agree to within the same period of time.
