Heart Tonic Tea
A midwinter blend for warmth, circulation, and quiet restoration.
Rose and linden open the heart and soften the nervous system, while hawthorn and nettle offer deep mineral nourishment. Damiana brings gentle warmth and movement, making this tea especially suited for cold days and inward seasons.
