Design Client: "I found an advertisement about a full day farm scale composting workshop provided by Lincoln University of Missouri at one of our Mennonite Community Centers and I attend it. It was at Lucian's farm and he was the main instructor. I have never learned so many things in such a short time. Lucian said he can help me improve my farm for free via the University program and I accepted. We do not use computers unless really necessary, so he helped me in person, via the phone and printed a lot of materials for me to improve my 10 acres farm. I have revived my 2 acre blueberry patch, my 1/2 acre blackberry patch, and 2 acre asparagus and vegetables production with regenerative soil practices, something I did not know how to do before, but it has become very intuitive with his help. He still answers when I have questions and visits often."

Design Client: "I heard about this young couple in my town that were gathering people to educate them on ecology, sustainability and regeneration, and I was curious about it. I went to one of their events, which happened to be a public presentation of the design projects of students they were training for 6 months. It had a tremendous impact on me and the people I brought with me. I hired Lucian to design my half acre suburban property and he did a fantastic job. He brought a student along to shadow his process and design with him; recently in 2025 I saw his student has a very successful ecological design business, creating lots of change in our community since then. The ripple effects are very beautiful."

PDC: "I was a just starting to dabble in permaculture projects but I didn't have the confidence to lead a project or call myself a pro.
